Temporary Room is the debut album from Indianapolis duo Stagnant Pools. Comprised of brothers Bryan and Douglass Enas, Stagnant Pools blend art rock with post-punk to deliver an album that shares a sonic vibe with Roxy Music and Joy Division. Sparse and hard edged, the twelve tracks occupy a space more ragged than the afore mentioned bands, showing Stagnant Pools willingness to not play it safe.
