Hailing from Barcelona, Spain, post-punk band Belgrado has delivered their sophomore album, Siglo XXI. The eleven tracks occupy a singular space as FZB's pick for the best post-punk album of the year so far. The punk ethos has yielded great music from eastern Europe and now we see Barcelona giving up a band so good, it hard to place them appropriately in mix. This is a definite must have.
