The Solarnaut is a live performance piece from Polish experimental band Opollo. The track, running over 16 minutes in length, is a long form ambient excursion into a noise laden soundscape of implied melodic structure. In this piece, texture replaces phrasing, indeterminacy replaces melody and recognizable tones become a pastiche for orchestration.
