PSA is the debut track from Toronto band Burner. The track has a noise rock base, blended with elements of hard core. The Nine Inch Nails'esque piece is dense, dissonant and dark. Driving drums, vocals that could raise the dead, ample noise, with guitars and bass that are heavy enough to strip away your neighbors peaceful suburban facade, and leave them sprawling naked in the gutter.
