Summon is the new track from Toronto experimental artist Vancorvid. This track is dark, avant garde and as a single track fails on every level. While we appreciate left field experimental music, singles are not the proper vehicle. This artist has released only two tracks, with over a year between them. For experimental music to find its small audience there needs to be more substance, longer format and more depth. As a single track there is nothing here that engages.
