With highly evident psych-pop and soul influences, this album tugs at the existentialism that is being human. Multitudes I is full of calculated contrast, vacillating between serene contemplations and explosions of sound; it's organic, yet groovy and synthy; polished, though unpredictable; beautiful, believable, and strangely relatable.
