LA artist Cult Fantastic has released his debut EP, I Love My Selfie. The four tracks are an interesting mix of styles, think Parliament/Funkadelic meets The B-52s. The EP is fun, funky and a bit lofi, with tongue in cheek lyrics and enough energy to power your house. The arrangements are a bit on the simplistic side and the whole thing comes off as a novelty record, but maybe that's the point. Fun for a spin, but not something that will likely be on repeat.
